Co-Founder & CEO

Born in Pakistan and raised in Texas, Ali has built his career around connecting great people across borders. From creating his own international startup to helping Capital Factory, the biggest accelerator in Texas, in creating international partnerships. Ali now brings his connections to Emerald Labs helping startups & businesses escape the talent war in their zip codes and connecting with great talent in Pakistan.

Chris Gillan

Co-Founder & CRO

Chris has founded several successful startup companies, been a mentor at Capital Factory for 7+ years, and recently lead their successful launch into the Corporate Innovation arena. Chris has vast experience with offshore and nearshore development as both a customer and a provider of services.

Faizan Mahmood

Co-Founder & COO

Faizan is amongst the pioneers in shaping the technology and startup ecosystem of Pakistan. He has founded two startups of his own and also led Pakistan’s first Technology Incubator. Faizan knows where to find the best talent in Pakistan and how to get them ready to create a social and economic impact.
