The challenge at hand was to create a solution that addresses the complex needs of dementia patients. Prognosus sought to build a mobile and web application capable of assessing the patient’s stage of dementia and providing them with relevant expert-backed reading materials. The objective was to empower caregivers to actively participate in the patient’s care and help them take necessary precautions.
