We transformed patient management with an online platform, enabling seamless form submission, appointment scheduling, and information provision, minimizing manual paperwork. A dedicated module for autism patients facilitated personalized treatment tracking. Our automated system sends notifications via Slack, emails, and SMS, improving communication. Additionally, a 24-hour post-appointment feature provided crucial follow-up details, optimizing patient care and information dissemination.
