Challenges

The challenge at hand was to create a solution that addresses the complex needs of dementia patients. Prognosus sought to build a mobile and web application capable of assessing the patient's stage of dementia and providing them with relevant expert-backed reading materials. The objective was to empower caregivers to actively participate in the patient's care and help them take necessary precautions.

Solutions

In response to the challenge, we proposed and implemented a solution centered around a mobile and web application. This application not only assesses the patient's stage of dementia but also associates a score. It guides caregivers through curated reading materials authored by experts, helping them navigate the caregiving journey more effectively. The application also maintains a comprehensive patient profile.
